Thin Stainless Steel Filter Screen Useful for Sugar Filtration

Hutchinson Technology introduced filters on 0.025mm thick stainless steel, with 0.055mm diameter holes for volume production. Prototypes are available with smaller hole sizes. 

Applications include hydraulic valves, particle separation, sugar filtration, and various other critical filter processes.

The stainless steel screens are photochemically etched from a solid piece of stainless steel, improving their dimensional stability and reliability over extended periods of time and in demanding environments.
