High-Temperature Cook-In Bags Withstand 400-Degree Temperatures For 6 Hours
M&Q Packaging Corporation's Yieldmaster High-Temperature Cook-In Bags can withstand 400-degree F temperatures during food service or consumer cooking processes. These high-temperature cook-in bags decrease preparation and clean-up time; reduce overall cooking time by 33-50%; cook the meat properly in its own juice, while keeping it moist; prevent protein adhesion to the bag, leaving the meat in place throughout the cooking cycle; and, maintain the integrity of the processor’s original recipe.
These cook-in bags improve the yield, flavor and overall appearance of the meat -- perfect for use with whole turkey and chickens, ribbed meats, spiral-sliced hams, whole-muscle red meats and vegetables. The patented design of the bags enable hermetically-sealed vacuum meats to move safely through the various product stages without being touched by human hands; therefore, eliminating the risk of cross contamination.
Available in a variety of sizes and styles, these Yieldmaster High-Temperature Cook-In Bags are robust and tear/puncture resistant.
Yieldmaster High-Temperature Cook-In Bags are ISO-registered, NSF-certified, Kosher, HALAL approved and in compliance with FDA regulations.
