Philadelphia Cooking Crème makes cooking with Philly a cinch, offering a dollop-able, creamy consistency that's simple to measure, mix and melt in all of your favorite dishes, ranging from chicken and rice skillets to zesty enchiladas.

The rollout is accompanied by one of the largest ad campaigns in company history, Adam Butler, brand manager for Philadelphia told Advertising Age last October. "We're thinking this is going to be one of the biggest launches that cheese and dairy has ever had." Even some big culinary guns like using it. "Philadelphia Cooking Crème is not only a quick and easy dinner solution, but is packed with the flavors needed to bring a delicious restaurant experience direct to your table," says Todd English, James Beard Award-winning chef, restaurateur and TV personality.
