Hollymatic's Guardian Intervention Cabinets can help minimize the risk of product recalls for meat, poultry, and food processors.
The cabinets feature a 316 stainless steel wash down area as well as a stainless steel gear box, a variable speed conveyor belt, top and bottom spray coverage, and a chemical mixing pump assembly. The cabinet is available in 2 sizes.
