Konica Minolta Sensing Americas introduced two benchtop spectrophotometers: CM-3600A & CM-3610A which are successors to the CM-3600d & CM-3610d modelsThe CM-3600A Spectrophotometer can handle a variety of applications for measuring reflectance and transmittance of solids. With optional accessories, it can also measure the transmittance of liquids. The color measurement equipment is compact – approximately the same size as a laptop computer. The sample holder opens 90 degrees for easy positioning of samples and is equipped with a "soft-close" mechanism that prevents it from slamming shut or damaging samples. CM-3610A is a vertical-format bottom-port spectrophotometer with a piston-type sample holder. It can be locked in the down position to enable the removal of any obstructions when first inserting samples. It can then be released so that its piston moves smoothly upward to firmly hold samples in position. The bottom-port design enables easier handling of sheet materials and it can also be used to measure powders or gels in a Petri-Dish. It is also equipped with a sample viewer to see exactly what area is being measured, and it can also measure transmittance of solids (but not liquids) as well as reflectance. Main Features:
  • Full data compatibility with their predecessor
  • Simultaneous SCI/SCE measurement
  • Fast, accurate UV adjustment
  • Brighter, clearer sample viewer
  • USB communication
