Land O'Lakes Introduces Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread

Minneapolis-based Land O'Lakes, introduces Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread, a versatile topping and spread for a variety of foods, from breakfast pastries to toast and bagels.

"We have seen growing popularity in the spreadable butter category, with an 11.3 percent increase in 2010," says Angela Pengelly, marketing manager for Land O'Lakes. "The Cinnamon Sugar Butter is the first flavored butter developed to meet the needs of consumers looking for easily spreadable butter, which currently has a 10 percent household penetration in the U.S."

Suggested retail price for a 6.6-oz container is $2.49.
