Mettler Toledo Launches ProdX Data Management Software System

Mettler-Toledo introduced ProdX, a connectivity software program that allows centralized monitoring, control and data documentation for checkweighers, metal detectors and x-ray systems whether in one plant or multiple plants.

ProdX offers multiple product inspection devices are integrated into a central monitoring system that can be monitored from multiple locations. The ProdX dashboard provides critical early warning of key Product Quality indicators such as non-conforming raw materials from suppliers, automatic product rejections, and machinery maintenance requests, all of which can have a significant impact on overall product quality standards. All data and performance levels are designed to be as transparent as possible.
