New Orleans-based Zatarain's, a McCormick company, expands its line of frozen offerings with new Zatarain's Meals for Two Frozen Entrees, a quick and convenient way to jazz up a delicious dinner for two any night of the week.

Ready in just 10 minutes, Zatarain's Meals for Two are simple to prepare in a skillet or in the microwave. Each entree contains 24-oz. of premium meats, rice or pasta, fresh vegetables and seasonings.

Meals for Two offer the authentic flavors of a New Orleans-style restaurant-quality dish without all the cooking and cleanup. Savory varieties include: Blackened Chicken Alfredo (seasoned grilled white meat chicken and penne pasta in a zesty, creamy alfredo sauce), Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya (long-grain rice with seasoned grilled white meat chicken, andouille sausage, onions, bell peppers, and spices), Smothered Chicken and Rice (seasoned grilled white meat chicken and long-grain rice in a rich brown sauce with broccoli and red bell peppers) and Beef and Mushroom Pasta (seasoned beef, mushrooms and twisted pasta ribbons in a creamy sauce).

Zatarain's also adds two new single-serve varieties to the existing line of frozen entrees. They include Chicken and Mushroom Risotto (savory roasted chicken, marinated mushrooms and wild rice in a creamy garlic butter sauce) and Big Cheesy Pasta (creamy cheddar cheese sauce with broccoli, carrots, red bell peppers and pasta). These entrees are microwavable and ready in just four minutes.

Suggested retail price for Dinner for Two is $6.99-7.49, and $3.49 for Single Serve entrees.
