Cone Drive’s stainless steel worm reducer is constructed to have a smooth and rounded design that eliminates free-standing liquids to prevent bacteria growth and is made to be the only worm product on the market able to withstand repetitive high pressure washing cycles without water ingression meeting IP69K industry standards.

A total of five sizes are available to cover a motor range from1/4 Hp up to 7.5 Hp.

Cone Drive’s double-enveloping worm gearing is designed to offer greater torque capacity and longer life while the unique non-fretting motor connection is built to allow for easy removal of motors which are key issues in the food processing market.
