Renola is a a granola-type cereal based solely on nuts, fruits, seeds and spices.

General Mills’ Larabar reinvents the granola category with the introduction of Renola, a granola-type cereal based solely on nuts, fruits, seeds and spices. It’s a flavorful blend of non-GMO ingredients and is free of grain, gluten, soy and dairy.

“People love snacking, and we want them to feel good about their choices,” says Julia Wing-Larson, marketing manager. “Larabar has always been a great, gluten-free food, and we saw an opportunity in the marketplace to deliver a grain-free granola to consumers that is not only delicious, but full of whole and simple ingredients.”

Renola is great on its own and can also be used as a topping for yogurt, ice cream, salads and more. There are three varieties: Cinnamon Nut (almonds, pecans and cashews mixed with sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and raisins and tossed with cinnamon and pure vanilla extract), Cocoa Coconut (rich cocoa nibs with almonds, pecans and cashews, tossed in sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and toasted coconut, and tied together with coconut oil and a sprinkle of cocoa powder) and Berry (nuts, cinnamon and molasses tossed with sweet, tangy dried blueberries).
