Eggland's Best Introduces Culinary Liquid Eggs

The new line of convenient liquid egg products are made with whole, real Eggland’s Best eggs and are available in three varieties.

Eggland’s Best, the leading branded shell egg in the U.S., launches a line of convenient liquid egg products. Made with whole, real Eggland’s Best eggs, the new liquid varieties come in three forms. They are sold in the refrigerated retail case in 16-oz. recloseable gable-top cartons.

The Cracked & Ready variety contains the equivalent of 10 large Eggland’s Best eggs. The Scrambled Eggs variety includes just the right amount of buttermilk to create a light, fluffy and delicious scramble every time. French Toast Batter provides the perfect blend of sweetness and flavor through the inclusion of vanilla and milk. Each carton includes enough batter for approximately 12 slices of French toast, so consumers can create the classic breakfast favorite for the whole family in just minutes.

Compared to ordinary eggs, Eggland’s Best eggs contain 25 percent less saturated fat, four times the vitamin D, 10 times the vitamin E and twice the amount of omega-3 fatty acids. They also contain 38 percent more lutein and are a good source of vitamins B2, B5 and B12. Initial distribution is in select Midwest markets and has a suggested retail price of $3.29 to $3.49.
