The Food Should Taste Good brand brings out Real Good Bars, the brand’s first snack bar, in chef-inspired flavors. Inspired by global cuisine, the gluten-free bars feature an indulgent blend of nuts, seeds and spices dipped in Fair Trade cocoa. Varieties are Hazelnut Sea Salt and Macadamia Chai.

“Food Should Taste Good is bringing a culinary perspective to the snack bar category, while still delivering a wholesome snack made with premium, simple ingredients,” says Julia Wing-Larson, marketing manager. “Our expert team took inspiration from traditional European and Indian cuisines and ingredients to create the decadent blend of rich flavors.” The bars have a suggested retail price of $1.65.

Food Should Taste Good was independently founded in 2006 with the goal of offering snacks with great taste, healthy ingredients and sophisticated flavor. In 2012 it was acquired by General Mills and is now part of Small Planet Foods, the company’s natural and organic products business that includes brands such as Cascadian Farm, Muir Glen and Larabar.
