Explore Cuisine has developed nutritious and innovative noodles made from beans, pulses or rice.

Explore Cuisine, formerly Explore Asian, is all about pasta. Not your everyday wheat-based pasta, rather the company has developed nutritious and innovative noodles made from beans, pulses or rice. The expansive product line includes dried pastas, instant noodle soup cups and ready-to-eat pastas with sauce. All Explore Cuisine products use organic ingredients, are certified gluten-free and non-GMO, and are high in protein, fiber and iron.

The newest additions are made from organic lentils and chickpeas. There is chickpea fusilli and spaghetti, green lentil lasagna and penne, and red lentil penne and spaghetti. Some of the brand’s more unique original offerings include edamame and mung bean fettuccine, soybean spaghetti and red rice pad Thai noodles.

The company explains that its pastas are made with just bean, pulse or rice flour and water, which is mixed into a dough that gets extruded and air dried into various shapes and sizes. Because of this simple process, the pastas can be prepared by boiling in water for seven to eight minutes or rehydrated by soaking in water in the fridge overnight.
