Food-Grade Lubricant Protects Oven Chains At Extreme Temperatures

Sept. 7, 2016
Klüberfood NH1 CH 6-120 Supreme is a new lubricant option that provides increased reliability and uptime at extreme temperatures using a food-grade oil registered NSF H1 for incidental contact.

Kluber Lubricants' Klüberfood NH1 CH 6-120 Supreme lubricant is NSF H1 registered and utilizes a solid white lubricant that provides a long-lasting solution for food processors and oven manufacturers.

At extreme temperatures, common food-grade chain oils can evaporate and break down, leaving behind high levels of residue and requiring constant relubrication. An existing alternative is to use a chain lubricant containing suspended solids, such as black graphite, that will provide emergency lubrication even when the carrier fluid evaporates. But this is often accomplished at the sacrifice of the lubricant being registered as food-grade H1 with NSF.

Klüberfood NH1 CH 6-120 Supreme provides protection for chains at extreme temperatures, while continuing on the path toward food safety as an NSF H1 lubricant.
