Leslie Krasny is a partner in the San Francisco office of law firm Keller and Heckman LLP (www.khlaw.com). She specializes in food and drug law, with emphasis on food safety, labeling, ingredient evaluation, organics, biotechnology and advertising. She is a member of the California Bar and holds a master's degree in cell and molecular biology. And has been a longtime contributor to (and advisory board member of) Food Processing and Wellness Foods.
Ben Briseño is a Product Line Manager at Clarion Lubricants where he is responsible for managing product lines, including food machinery and environmentally friendly lubricants. Since joining Clarion Lubricants in 1998, Ben has also served as an Export Sales Manager and Senior Lubricants Account Manager. Ben has more than 26 years of experience in the lubricants industry. Prior to Clarion Lubricants, he held various sales, technical and management positions with Lyondell Chemical Company, Sunoco Inc., Lubrication Engineers Inc., and Mobil Corporation. Ben’s background has helped him develop product and application knowledge as well as management and customer services skills which he utilizes in his current position at Clarion Lubricants.
