Today's the Final Day to Elect a Green Plant of the Year
Sustainability still matters to food and beverage processors — and especially to consumers. Even if the administration has peeled back some requirements, many processors still devote resources to sustainability initiatives, and our annual Green Plant of the Year competition continues to reel in food and beverage plants doing just that. Three plants this year are vying to be named the 2026 Food Processing Green Plant of the Year:
- Ajinomoto Foods North America: Portland, Ore.
- Gills Onions: Oxnard, Calif.
- Perdue Farms: Lewiston, N.C.
