Danone SA continues its Renew transformation by paring its five current geographic areas down to three and naming leaders for those groups.
Americas, Asia Pacific and EMEA (Europe, Turkey, Middle East and Africa) are the reporting areas now. Starting Jan. 1, 2026, they will be led by led by presidents: Henri Bruxelles in Americas, Bruno Chevot in Asia Pacific and Pablo Perversi in EMEA. All will report to Véronique Penchienati-Bosetta, Group Deputy CEO in charge of geographies and categories.
Current geographies are Europe; North America; China, North Asia & Oceania; Latin America; and Asia, Middle East & Africa.
“This leaner organization marks a further step in the deployment of the second chapter of Renew Danone,” a company statement said. “It will further enhance the company’s agility and market impact.”
As a result, Christian Stammkoetter, currently president for Asia, Africa and the Middle East (AMEA), has decided to leave Danone after 19 years with the company. He will remain in his role until the end of the year.
Henri Bruxelles will keep his JV and partners responsibilities. Laurent Sacchi, general secretary, will assume leadership of sustainability and social impact. Antoine de Saint-Affrique remains CEO.
