State-of-the-art plant more than triples the production capacity for the Wayne, N.J.-based manufacturer and distributor of fresh pickles and other fermented foods.

Patriot Pickle has opened its new, state-of-the-art production facility in Garland, Texas, according to a grand-opening announcement from the manufacturer and distributor of fresh pickles and other fermented food products.

The new facility marks a significant milestone for the Wayne, N.J.-based company, as it will more than triple Patriot Pickle’s production capacity and expand its geographic reach. The company said it will be able to deliver fresh, “farm to package” pickles in five days or less across the U.S. with the new plant, which will employ about 75 people.

Patriot Pickle, which was acquired by H.I.G. Capital in January 2024, has spent the last nine months building the facility, the release noted.
