The complex will include a boiler house as well as a tank farm with 12 30-ft.-tall carbon steel tanks for storing raw materials that will be delivered by rail via a new siding that will be laid. Additionally, the packaging and warehouse building will cover 36,000 sq. ft. and house those operations plus office space.
