Utz to Upgrade Employee, Community Facilities in Hanover, Pennsylvania
Utz Brands Inc. will begin a multi-phase upgrade of its Hanover, Pa., campus, according to a release from the company. The snack foods manufacturer will begin construction on its headquarters at 900 High Street, aiming to upgrade and modernize it, creating a collaborative and integrated workspace the meet the needs of the various teams working across the campus.
Utz will also move its employee fitness center and DSD warehouse from 350 Kindig Lane to the new headquarters facility as part of this transition. The Employee Health Center will remain at 240 Kindig Lane, however.
Finally, Utz announced plans to develop an Utz Community Center at the Carlisle Street Plant 1 location, where the outlet store, iconic Utz neon sign and Utz community pavilion currently call home. Furthermore, the buildings at 350 Kindig Lane and 1040 High Street will be listed for sale, the company said.
