Organic, grass-fed beef processor Rastelli Foods Group has acquired Greensbury Market, a New York-based company selling organic grass-fed beef and bison, free-range poultry, lamb, pork, and sustainable seafood. Greensbury products will be sold through Rastellis.com, the company states.
The move comes a little more than a month after Rastelli Foods announced a partnership with Grass Fed Foods to leverage the SunFed Ranch and Teton Waters Ranch brands, and commitment to SunFed’s domestic grass-fed regenerative beef supply.
Greensbury’s product portfolio stretches wide across multiple animal protein segments, including products featuring seafood, sausage, chicken, lamb, beef, pork and bison — and even offers a couple varieties of pies — all shipped frozen to consumers.
