Kent Precision Foods Group Acquires Australia’s Frosty Boy Global
Kent Precision Foods Group — a subsidiary of Kent Corp., which is a family-owned processor and marketer of food, beverage, pet food and agriculture products — has acquired Australian desserts, beverages, savory ingredients and powder-based wellness products processor Frosty Boy Global.
Kent Precision Foods Group is the home to such brands as Sqwincher hydration drinks and products, PKL Freeze dill pickle flavored freeze pops, and other branded and custom products for domestic and international foodservice, industrial and consumer channels.
Parent company Kent Corp. is based in Muscatine, Iowa, and the addition of Frosty Boy (which is headquartered in Yatala, Gold Coast, Australia) vastly expands the corporation’s global footprint. Frosty Boy manufactures products in India and Australia, with sales offices in Indonesia, Malaysia, India, Philippines, Australia, Turkey, Brazil, Dubai and Thailand.
