Westfield, Wis., chicken processor Brakebush Brothers Inc. has acquired the Lake Foods processing facility in Hartwell, Ga., which portions raw, sized, marinated and ready-to-cook chicken products, according to a release from Brakebush. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed, but the deal was finalized on Dec. 31, 2023.
