Baldwin Richardson Acquires Pennsauken Packing Co.

The New Jersey manufacturing site includes aseptic processing lines, both high and low acid, aiding Baldwin's contract manufacturing efforts.

Baldwin Richardson Foods, a private labeler and maker of custom ingredients, acquired New Jersey-based Pennsauken Packing Co., which specialized in aseptic beverage manufacturing.

The manufacturing site includes aseptic processing lines, both high and low acid, and extends Baldwin Richardson’s reach to the northeast. It’s both CCOF and USDA Organic certified. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Baldwin Richardson makes syrups, sauces, fillings and toppings, among other products, for private label, foodservice and custom ingredients.
