Tilray Brands Inc. announced in August that it would acquire the Hop Valley Brewing Co., Terrapin Beer Co., Revolver Brewing and Atwater Brewery craft brewers from Molson Coors Beverage Co., and today the company announced it has completed the Atwater acquisition.
Atwater joins Tilray’s portfolio of beverage brands including SweetWater Brewing Co., Montauk Brewing Co., Alpine Beer Co., Green Flash Brewing Co., Shock Top, Breckenridge Brewery, Breckenridge Distillery, Blue Point Brewing Co., 10 Barrel Brewing Co., Redhook Brewing Co., Widmer Brothers Brewing, Hop Valley Brewery, Terrapin Beer Co, Revolver Brewery, Square Mile Cider Co., HiBall Energy, and Happy Flower CBD, along with Canada's top recreational cannabis and THC beverage brands, Mollo and XMG.
