Woodland Gourmet, formerly ingredient supplier Woodland Foods, continues to expand its retail and foodservice portfolio with the acquisition of Sevillo Fine Foods, a creator of “chef-inspired,” ready-to-eat frozen ingredients.

Headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, Sevillo Fine Foods provides culinary ingredients, including fire-grilled vegetables, slow-roasted tomatoes, pickled vegetables, spreads and sauces, for both chefs and consumers.

This acquisition follows the company’s May 2024 rebrand from Woodland Foods, as well as its April 2024 purchase of Idan Foods, which brought the acquirer breadings and batters, coating systems, baking mixes and seasonings. Woodland Gourmet also owns the D’allesandro and Woodland Ingredients brands.
