Goldbergs Group Adds Pasta Mami to Portfolio

Atlanta-area pasta manufacturer has partnered with Goldbergs’ subsidiaries to provide fresh pasta to a variety of customers across the region.

Goldbergs Group, an Atlanta, Ga.-based company that has specialized in restaurant operations, customer service, and premium food production, has acquired one of its partners, Pasta Mami — an Atlanta-based pasta manufacturer that has provided artisanal pastas for Goldbergs’ airline catering services.

Pasta Mami is a woman-owned and family-run company that was founded in 1987, and it has collaborated for years with subsidiaries of Goldbergs Group. Goldbergs co-CEO Bradley Saxe called the pasta makers “a trusted partner to restaurants, caterers, grocers, and hotels across the region.” The company has become synonymous with fresh, all-natural pasta without preservatives or artificial coloring, the release noted.

Angel Cook, co-founder/owner of Pasta Mami said that joining the Goldbergs Group will allow Pasta Mami to scale up its production while staying true to the company’s roots. Pasta Mami joins Goldbergs Group subsidiaries Goldbergs Concessions, Goldbergs Fine Foods, Goldline Catering Co., Braves All Star Grill, Mainline Foods, Mainline Aviation, Goldway Construction, and Goldbergs Commissary in the company’s portfolio.
