Redwood Beverage Group LLC, a newly formed investment platform envisioned to become a leading, national beverage co-packing company, has acquired the former Manna Beverages production facility in West Sacramento, Calif., according to a release shared by Harry Davis & Co., the firm that facilitated the sale along with Maynards Industries.

Manna Beverages acquired the 213,000-sq.-ft. plant in Sept. 2023 as part of the Nor-Cal Beverage Co. acquisition. At the time, the company noted that the facility was the largest independent co-packer of teas, ades, chilled juices, waters and energy drinks west of the Mississippi River.

However, in early October, Manna Beverages abruptly closed the facility, putting some 350-plus workers out of jobs. Redwood’s acquisition provide the opportunity for many of those employees to return to work, the Harry Davis release said.

“We are thrilled to relaunch production under new ownership and management, with a renewed commitment to restoring jobs, producing high-quality products, and providing exceptional customer service,” said a Redwood Beverage Group spokesperson in the Harry Davis release.

The deal closed Nov. 12, 2025, and financial terms were not disclosed. Redwood Beverage Group was formed by 13th Floor Capital and Tricor Pacific Capital.
