Two small snack companies have merged. Creations Foods USA Inc., maker of a number of snacks, is combining with Get Real Foods LLC (dba Real Cookies) to create a vertically integrated company dedicated to better-for-you snacking.
The combination pairs Creations Foods’ scalable manufacturing, operating platform and portfolio of snack brands – HighKey low-carb snacks, Moon Cheese baked cheese snacks and Aw Yeah! cookies – with Get Real’s Real cookies and Real Cookie Poppers.
Included is Creation Foods’ newly built plant in Ferndale, Wash. The combined entity will be rebranded at a later date.
