Certified Piedmontese Beef Opens New Smokehouse Facility

Certified Piedmontese Beef, a producer of high-quality Italian Heritage Piedmontese beef, has opened a new smokehouse facility in Lincoln, Neb., to address growing retail, direct-to-consumer and foodservice demand for ready-to-eat foods.

The smokehouse will feature Certified Piedmontese’s own line of smoked beef sausages, beef bacon and cured meats. The smokehouse facility is located on Certified Piedmontese’s Lincoln property allowing for efficient transport and distribution and strict quality control process from start to finish.

Certified Piedmontese Beef believes the addition of this new smokehouse facility positions it well to continue meeting consumer and customer demands into the future.
