Conagra Brands will close one of its oldest plants, a Fennville, Mich., facility that apparently made Birds Eye frozen vegetables. 85 people will be laid off.

A Conagra statement, carried by TV station WZZM in Grand Rapids, Mich., said the facility will close by the end of June.

The Fennville city administrator said the location began nearly 100 years ago as Michigan Fruit Canners.
