Bridor, which produces bakery products and Viennese pastries for more than 100 countries, announced it has completed a $200 million expansion of its Vineland, N.J., facility, according to a release from the company.

The project features a new Viennese pastries line, warehouse, R&D center, culinary academy and baking center, as well as an automated bread line that will be installed in the original footprint of the facility. It doubles the production capability of the bakery, and it just the latest capital project in a multi-year, multibillion-dollar, U.S. capital investment strategy by the division of Le Duff Group.

A 51,000-plus-sq.-ft. building was built in Vineland to house the Viennese pastry line as well as a new industrial refrigeration system. That pastry line has been in operation since summer 2025, the company noted, creating pastries that are distributed to foodservice and retail partners across the U.S. and beyond. Bridor’s new high-speed, automated bread production line replaces an existing line and is expected to be operational in the second quarter of 2026.

Bridor currently is building a new production facility in the greater Salt Lake City, Utah, area — a plant that is expected to come online in 2026, the company said — and it has announced plans to build another industrial bakery in Lancaster, Texas. Those facilities will join existing North American plants in Quebec, Canada; Bridgeport, Conn.; and Vineland.

Bridor hosted a ceremony to commemorate the opening of the Vineland expansion, which broke ground in 2024.
