The Institute of Food Technologists’ IFT FIRST Annual Event and Expo will be held July 13-17 at Chicago’s McCormick Place. Product developers, ingredient suppliers, food scientists, business leaders and other innovators from around the world will attend to see the 1,000 exhibits and 100 technical sessions. More than 17,000 attendees are expected.
While traditionally heavy on ingredient solutions, it’s been growing its representation of equipment, processing, technology and packaging solutions.
