Wireless HART transmitter
The Rosemount 802 Wireless Multi-Discrete Input or Output Transmitter has eight discrete input/output (I/O) channels, each one configurable as an input or an output. WirelessHART capability allows the transmitter to connect to a wireless gateway, which can in turn link to a host—such as a control system or asset management system—via a wired connection. This allows the host to monitor and control assets remotely over a WirelessHART network. Its wireless capabilities dramatically reduce the costs associated with monitoring and controlling field-installed assets, such as motors, valves and pumps, which traditionally require time-consuming field visits from technicians or a hardwired connection. The new transmitter minimizes these costs and improves safety by removing the field technician from hazardous areas while maintaining the discrete input and output control levels enabled by the host system. Dual shaft mixer
The CDA-300 dual shaft mixer features two powerful agitators, both driven by TEFC high efficiency inverter duty motors: a two-wing anchor agitator driven by a 20 HP motor and a high-speed disperser powered by a 60 HP motor. The open disc blade of the disperser, which travels at roughly 5,000 feet per minute, is designed to induce vigorous turbulent flow, creating a vortex into which dry ingredients can be poured for fast wetting.
