Dan Fachner Elevated to President of J & J Snack Foods

Longtime Icee president partly replaces founder Gerald Shreiber, who remains chairman and CEO.
Dan Fachner, longtime president/CEO of J&J Snack Foods’ Icee Co. business, in May was appointed president of all of J & J Snack Foods Corp., replacing in part founder Gerald Shreiber.
Fachner has been president/CEO of Icee since 1997, and he will continue to hold that title. All business heads will report to him. Although Shreiber relinquishes the title of president, he remains chairman of the board and CEO.
The company also reported that Gerard Law resigned as senior vice president and assistant to the president.
