Tyson Foods Inc. has sued the U.S. Department of Agriculture over the company's antibiotic-free chicken label

Calling itself a victim of flawed regulatory procedures, Tyson Foods Inc. has sued the U.S. Department of Agriculture over the company's antibiotic-free chicken label, a company spokesman said Friday.

The USDA concluded that Tyson's chicken was therefore not raised without antibiotics.
