The Council's mission is: To increase the national awareness of soyfood products by building the category for mainstream consumers via food media and channel influencers (high-end chefs, college and university foodservice, second tier operators, contract management companies, retailers and distributors).
Its objectives are:
- Be a leader in increasing awareness of soy and soyfood products to targeted audiences through innovative public relations activities and channel programs.
- Provide forums for dynamic exchange of ideas among experts in various disciplines from its membership, from the business community and from an academic network.
