The Soyfoods Council

The Council's mission is: To increase the national awareness of soyfood products by building the category for mainstream consumers via food media and channel influencers (high-end chefs, college and university foodservice, second tier operators, contract management companies, retailers and distributors).

Its objectives are:

  1. Be a leader in increasing awareness of soy and soyfood products to targeted audiences through innovative public relations activities and channel programs.

  2. Provide forums for dynamic exchange of ideas among experts in various disciplines from its membership, from the business community and from an academic network.
