One year later, still no charges against Peanut Corp. of America

According to an article on MSNBC.com, the victims of the 2008 salmonella contamination say the Peanut Corporation of American still has not been prosecuted. The article adds that even nine months after e-mails from head of the company were made public, prosecutors have been "tightlipped on whether executives with Peanut Corp. of America will face charges."
