BusinessWeek Names ConAgra Foods as a Best Company for Internships

ConAgra Foods  was ranked by Bloomberg BusinessWeek as having one of the top 40 undergraduate internship programs in the country. The third annual list of “Best Internships” includes information on the number of interns hired at each company, the number of interns offered full-time positions, and average hourly pay. Employers were evaluated on survey data from career services directors across the country and a separate survey completed by each employer.Ranking No. 28 on the list, ConAgra Foods hired 89 interns in 2009 and 74 percent of those eligible received full-time job offers. More than half of ConAgra Foods’ entry-level positions in 2009 were filled by former interns.
