The International Dairy Foods Association announced that George W. Bush will lead off the International Dairy Show on September 13.

The International Dairy Foods Association announced that George W. Bush, the 43rd president of the United States, will lead off the International Dairy Show on September 13 in Dallas, Texas. 

President Bush will sit down with IDFA President and CEO Connie Tipton for an hour-long conversation at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, September 13th. The talk will include a question and answer session. 

The International Dairy Show, presented by the International Dairy Foods Association, will feature the newest innovations in technology, packaging, ingredients and services for the dairy foods industry. Educational sessions will offer solutions that span the entire manufacturing process, and attendees will have the opportunity to visit exhibits displaying everything dairy companies need to run more efficiently, create new products and improve profitability.
