April 20, 2018
You read that correctly. The maker of Frosted Flakes just released its first ever record made of cereal, using 3D technology.

For lovers of both cereal and vinyl, Kellogg's Chocolate Frosted Flakes has made your dreams come true.

The company, who sits on Food Processing's Top 100© Food and Beverage companies list every year, just made news with its the first record ever to be made out of actual cereal.

According to the company's website, the vinyl-inspired record has a core of Chocolate Frosted Flakes which are topped with layers of milk and dark chocolate. The album is pressed in a 3D-printed mold, which has created playable grooves. The site goes on to say the limited-edition record features a silhouette of Tony the Tiger, "to showcase the crunchy, chocolatey Chocolate Frosted Flakes."

Taking the cereal record up a notch, the record plays an actual song. The new release, "Hello," is by a band recently named an IHeartRadio Best Boy Band nominee.
