April 20, 2018
Arguments over which generation is right or wrong are as universal as breathing, but here's something to consider about why your 35-53 year old leaders may be on to something.

Baby Boomers and Millennials get a lot of attention. From products developed for their aging (or young) bodies to workforce issues and entitlement concerns, the two generations seem to mix as well as oil and water.

Enter Generation X. The almost forgotten generation. The generation, whose members are born between 1965 and 1981, that has become known for their ability to walk the mature conversation walk while simultaneously talking the youthful vibe talk.

According to studies, Generation X leaders account for more than half (51%) of leadership roles globally.

How can they help your business? This generation's greatest strength is that they straddle both the old and the new, the calm and the chaos. They are adept leading many working styles and people.
