Food Processing Asks: What R&D Trends are you seeing for 2019?

March 21, 2019
As part of our annual R&D Trends reporting, we're asking the food and beverage community to take part in a short survey.

What are your R&D priorities for 2019? In 2018, it was less novelty, but cleaner labels. In 2017, it was all about cleaning up labels. Each year, Food Processing conducts a survey asking our audience what their R&D priorities are. While cleaner labels have trended the last few years, that hasn't always been the case.

We report on these trends and more both in our magazine on our website, as well as other web-exclusive programs like our webinars, E-Handbooks, and Special Reports.

But we can't do it without your help. Between now and April 5, 2019, we're collecting survey responses here.

The survey includes 16, short-answer questions with a helpful sweetener at the end. Help Food Processing, and yourself, out by submitting your anonymous responses to this survey so we can generate the most thorough industry report available.
