Monogram Food Solutions Begins Construction on New Production Facility

Monogram Food Solutions, in collaboration with Paradigm Properties and Dacon Corp., has started construction on a 135,000 square foot facility in Haverhill, Massachusetts

Monogram Food Solutions, a manufacturer of value-added food products, announced this week it had started construction on a 135,000 square foot facility in Haverhill, Mass. Memphis-based Monogram has plant and warehousing facilities in Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, Virginia and Wisconsin. This is the company’s third Massachusetts location.

According to the announcement, Monogram, along with developer Paradigm Properties, and design build firm Dacon, are building a facility that includes 109,000 square feet of multi-temperature warehouse space coupled with a 26,000 square foot sandwich assembly area. The warehouse is expected to be operational in mid-2022.

Configured into six areas—freezer, cold storage, cool dock, dry goods storage, production and offices—the facility will be able to accommodate 300 employees.
