Francisco Gonzalez Named CEO of Lopez-Dorada Foods

Ed Sanchez will become chairman of the restaurant protein supplier.

Lopez-Dorada Foods, Oklahoma City, Okla., hired Francisco “Pancho” Gonzalez as CEO on June 1. Ed Sanchez will become the company’s chairman of the board.

Gonzalez was vice president of the Americas for Inspire Brands, responsible for such brands as Arby’s, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin’, Jimmy John’s and Sonic in 16 countries. Earlier, he was a multi-unit franchisee for McDonald’s in Mexico.

Lopez-Dorada Foods supplies beef, pork and poultry products to some of the largest global restaurant chains and retailers.
