Cal-Maine Names New VP, Operations, to Oversee Acquired ISE Assets

July 24, 2024
Judd Stevens has been with the company since 2003 and will help transition former ISE operations in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and South Carolina into Cal-Maine’s network.

Cal-Maine Foods Inc. has named Judd Stevens its vice president, Operations, effective July 23, 2024, giving him responsibility over the company’s recently acquired ISE assets — to include operations in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and South Carolina.

Stevens most recently was general manager of the company’s Wharton County Foods LLC facilities in Boling, Texas, and has been with Cal-Maine since 2003. He has been a manager over Cal-Maine locations in Texas, Florida and Mississippi, a company release noted. He has served as president of both the Texas Poultry Federation and the Texas Egg Council.

Sherman Miller, president and CEO of Cal-Maine Foods, said the ISE acquisition gives the company a significant opportunity to enhance its market reach in the northeastern and mid-Atlantic states, and the company will rely on Stevens’ “extensive knowledge of our proven operating model” to incorporate the additional production capacity into the company’s operations network.
