Dole Worldwide Packaged Foods has appointed Lara Ramdin chief innovation officer. She will be based at Dole’s Westlake Village, Calif., campus.
Ramdin worked in R&D, product development and innovation at companies that include Unilever, Estee Lauder and Molson Coors Beverages.
Pier Luigi Sigismondi, president of Dole Packaged Foods LLC, headquartered in Singapore, said Dr. Ramdin’s appointment underlines Dole’s commitment to building a long-lasting and iconic wellness and nutrition company. She will report directly to him.
