Mobile Vacuum Conveying Systems offer ease-of-mobility for applications requiring access to tanks or other hard-to-reach processing areas. System incorporates an adjustable suction wand where operator introduces product to the vacuum system. The mobile frame incorporates the vacuum producer, conveying product up to 5000 pounds (2268 kg) per hour and beyond. Prevent bearings failure

Flexible screw conveyor
The base model 1450 flexible screw conveyor has a 4½-in. (114mm) O.D. polymer conveyor tube and a carbon steel floor hopper and discharge housing. Round, square, flat or beveled flexible screws in any length from 10 to 40 ft (3 to 12 m) are offered to convey almost any free- and nonfree-flowing bulk material, including products that pack, cake, seize, smear or break apart. The only moving part contacting material is the inner screw, which self-centers as it rotates, providing ample space between the screw and tube wall to minimize or eliminate grinding. Ergonomic homogenizer models

Mixing and pumping skid system
This skid system can mix and pump low to moderately viscous products. The Model VSL-400 design is a custom conical vessel on a movable skid with a progressive cavity pump rated for 10 to 30 gal/min. A 5-hp inverter-duty motor drives a flange-mounted turbine mixer equipped with two axial flow impellers. The 34-in.-dia. upper blade and 18-in.-dia. lower blade maintain batch uniformity from start to finish of the pumping sequence. Series 1600 horizontal close-coupled, vortex end-suction pumps have capacities to 1,600 gpm, heads to 170 ft TDH and temperatures to 250F. The WC150 compact capper is designed for use by smaller filling operations or contract packagers. It can apply 27- to 110-mm regular and deep twist-off and press-on caps on glass food jars at rates of 100 to 150 per minute, depending on cap type and jar style. The system accommodates jar heights of 50 to 285 mm and jar diameters of 40 to 140 mm. Phthalate-free PVC tubing
Clearflo 70 PVC tubing, a phthalate-free product, was developed in response to customer interest in fluid transfer products that do not contain leachable phthalates such as di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate (DEHP) or BPA (bisphenol A). The finished tubing meets USP Class VI requirements and is made from nontoxic ingredients conforming to FDA standards. It is NSF-51-listed for use with food equipment materials.
