Custom solutions empty drums safely and easily

Drum Discharge Systems reduce manual drum lifting and handling by raising, tipping and emptying powders and other dry bulk materials from drums into a mixer, tank, reactor or the company's pneumatic vacuum conveying system for enclosed transfer to downstream processing equipment. After positioning a filled drum on an integrated roller conveyor, an operator initiates the drum handling sequence using two-hand safety controls. Through the enclosed glove box, the operator can verify and guide the drum liner for controlled discharge. Depending on the flow characteristics of the material and the system configuration, the drum contents discharge under controlled conditions and the empty drum is gently returned to its loading position on the conveyor for reduced dust, mess, and physical labor.
