Amy’s puts an innovative twist on them by replacing eggs with the company’s signature, house-made tofu, which uses organic, non-GMO soybeans and a traditional process. Catering to a variety of dietary restrictions and preferences, Amy’s entire frozen breakfast lineup is made with organic, non-GMO ingredients and is free from eggs, meat, seafood and peanuts.
Offerings include California Scramble, which provides 28g of protein. The fluffy tofu “eggs” are covered with real cheese and served with crispy hash browns. The Mexican Scramble (25g protein) includes bell peppers and cheese, along with sweet corn masa strips, tomato salsa and spiced black beans on the side. For those avoiding dairy, there’s a vegan Tofu Scramble (20g protein) with spinach, carrots and mushrooms served with hash brown potatoes and tomato salsa.
